Hi my name is Caroline Bottrill BSc (Hons). TCA Coach .Cert NLP. Dip Hyp. HPD.   And I am a fulltime Clinical Hypnotherapist, Life Coach and Reiki Healer.  I am also fully insured with Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company Ltd.  I am a full licentiate member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (N.C.H) adhering to their code of ethics and standards.

I have helped many clients with a wide range of issues including confidence issues, relationship issues, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, weight management, stopping smoking and other addictions, insomnia, stress, trauma, phobias and many more.

All issues are approached with confidentiality and a non judgmental attitude. Each therapy is given on an individual basis as no two people are the same. My approach is compassionate, friendly and warm coupled with exceptionally high standards.

I have a special interest in health and well-being, in my spare time I write articles on lifestyle and well-being for a local magazine.
